Typically, fish with long snouts, like the longnose hawkfish, will eat small crustaceans and worms. However, longnose hawkfish can also eat pellets, but it takes some time for the longnose hawkfish to try them.

Longnose Hawkfish is a popular fish known for its striking color and beak-like snout. It can usually only be found around 10 to 100 meters in sea depths. The longnose hawkfish is unique because its body can change color. A Dutch technologist named Pieter Bleeker first discovered it in Ambon, Indonesia, in 1857.
